What is the Steamboat Online Store return policy?
Steamboat Online Store will gladly refund or exchange the purchase if returned within 30 days of the original shipping date. The item/s must be new, in the original condition, and in the original unopened packaging with the original tags and tickets attached. No returns if the merchandise has been used or worn. No refunds on sale merchandise. We do not cover return shipping.
You can return merchandise purchased from retail.steamboat.com by mail. To begin the return process, please contact customer support at retailsales@steamboat.com
How do you exchange items purchased from the Steamboat Online Store?
You can exchange merchandise purchased from retail.steamboat.com by mail. To begin the exchange process, please contact customer support at retailsales@steamboat.com. Once we receive the item/s, we will refund your card. In the meantime, place a new order on retail.steamboat.com for new item. Again, shipping costs aren't refunded.
Can I use my Ikon Pass Discount on the Steamboat Online Store?
At this time the Ikon pass discount is an in-resort only discount.
Do you sell or accept gift cards at the Steamboat Online Store?
At this time, we are not selling or accepting gift cards at the Steamboat Online Store.
How long does it take for my order to process?
While we try to complete all orders within 24 hours, please allow 3-4 days for processing.
Shipping
While we ship most orders within 24 hours Monday-Friday, please allow 3-4 days for processing + shipping time. Weekend and holiday orders will be shipped on the next business day. Weekend orders are considered anything placed Friday - Sunday. Most items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 7-10 business days. The shipping time begins once the tracking label has been scanned at the shipping facility.
Due to the remote nature of our location in Steamboat Springs and the severe weather we often receive, we cannot guarantee delivery times. We strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner.
Depending on when you place your order, your tracking number may take 1-3 business day to become active. Once your order has begun processing, changes or cancellations may not be systemically possible.
Shipping charges are based upon the pre-tax value of the order.
We use both UPS or USPS depending on the weather. If you need your package to arrive via a specific provider, please notate in the notes section on your order.
We will strive to ship most orders within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 1 pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business date.
